The location is particularly good, and the area is comfortable near restaurants and bars. The staff in general is respectful and very attentive.

Nice building and rooms with the toilet separated from the bathroom. Nice design of it.

Our room was functional, compact and equipped with complimentary WiFi, the bathroom plus all the modern necessities. Steps away from an underground station, the location was marvellous and amazing.

There was plenty of food for breakfast, it was outstanding.

The room was wonderful & beautiful, came with even a local " Handy " phone to bring around if chosen as well as all the modern necessities. Everything here was wonderful. The stuff where kind and lovely. 

The setting was quite marvellous and super within easy reach of Kabuki-za. The place was located in a quiet street.

The hotel is modern with functional rooms and great services. The location is incredible and unbeatable, steps away from a metro station. For lunch or dinner go to Hanamaru Udon, located a few steps away from the property. The restaurant serves delicious Japanese

The daily cleanliness of the room and very positive, service oriented staff make the stay wonderful.

The pillows were substandard. Didn't sleep well with the original pillows, had to use the cushion for neck support as the original pillows were flat.
